Name : Thuru Kepakaru Tree Planting Programme with Manusath Balakaya

In collaboration with "Manusath Balakaya", Thuru Kepakaru programme was able to conduct another tree planting programme on 18th of December 2023,where 160 tree saplings were planted at Batuhena National College, Wijayakumarathunga Vidyalaya and Waladura Dharmapala Vidyalaya in Ratnapura.

Thuru Kepakaru along with Sri Lanka Girl Guidess Association organizing a Special Programme to mark the "World Environment Day" which is held on 5th of June 2023 at Viharamahadevi Park from 8.00am to 12.00 noon.

Name : TREE PLANTING PROJECT AT KOBEYDUWA PRIMARY SCHOOL

Another phase of the Thuru Kapakaru tree planting campaign jointly implemented by slon Lanka Private Company and News First was carried out today [15.02.2023] at Kobeidowa College, Benthota, Miriswatta. It was organized by the Benthota Youth Club Federation. For this occasion, the principal of the college, teachers, parents and Children participated and a group of members of the Bentota Youth Club Federation also joined.
